Our mushroom chai is by far our most popular flavor – and with good reason! We use all natural chai flavoring – a blend of the essential oils of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and other signature chai spices, encapsuled with dextrose to produce a water soluble chai spice powder. We highly recommend preparing your tea with milk or your favorite milk substitute make a delicious mushroom chai latte. Another great option is adding coffee or espresso with milk to make an tasty mushroom dirty chai.
Adaptogens in our tea
Our mushroom tea contains a powerful combination of adaptogens designed to provide you with long-lasting energy while supporting your immune system and gut health. Each serving is packed with 2000mg of lion’s mane extract, 2000mg of turkey tail extract and 2000mg of our prebiotic blend (chicory inulin and acacia fiber.)
We use a premium blend of fermented green and black tea extracts from Kenya, boasting approximately 55mg caffeine and 275mg of polyphenols per serving. Most tea extracts typically contain less than half of the caffeine and polyphenol content of our fermented tea extract. Polyphenols are compounds in tea linked to a range of health benefits.
